Our traveling cannoli service is RVA’s original, first-of-it’s kind experience, bringing freshly piped cannoli straight to the dance floor! This isn’t a stationary dessert table, it is interactive, high-engery. and designed to keep the celebration going. We hand-pipe each cannoli in the moment creating a fun, unexpected experience that sparks conversation, laughter, and connection.

It is more than a dessert, it is a show, a memory, and highlight of the night. When the cannoli come out, the party doesn’t stop – it levels up!  

The Heart of it all…wedding planning.

Dolce Darling began with a love for weddings – before the gelato cart ever rolled in. What started out as wedding coordinating quickly grew into something more, rooted in a passion for creating meaningful, seamless, and joy filled celebrations for every couple. 

While Dolce Darling has and continues to expand, owner, Annette Bonacci still books a limited number of weddings each year. This is intentional. She wants to be truly present, hands on, and fully invested in each couple she works with. Your wedding isn’t just another date on the calander, it is one of the most exciting and special days of your life, and you deserve someone who has the time and heart to guide you through it. 

From the big picture to the smallest details, Annette’s goal is to create a planning experience that feels personal, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoyable so you can soak in every moment, knowing everything is taken care of.
